Kipling penned, when you “meet with Triumph and disaster…treat those two imposters just the same.” I always took that to mean that you should coach the right fundamentals and the right work ethic, not the result. You may win or lose in any one situation, but if you don’t let the losses get to you, and you do the right things daily, you’ll set yourself up for success in the long run.
